KNKX-FM 88.5 producer/host Jim Wilke is retiring after more than 30 years on KNKX 88.5 (KPLU) and KUOW FM…Jim Wilke hosts his very last Jazz Northwest program on August 27th at 2pm.

  • Such a quietly impressive man, and such a resource, for many decades, as to what is going down in the NorthWest. How he had the sheer vision, as a young man, to record great musicians back in the day, just blows me away. I hope Jim is around for many more years, to occasionally comment on the music scene.
