I don’t know that my vote would sway the decision but, I have given it much consideration over the weekend. I don’t take this vote lightly. Once I make my determination, I’m certain there will be some debate in the boardroom. I will be watching the news to see that the others voted accordingly — or not. I have only so much control over this mega-merger.

Upon calling the toll-free voting line, I disovered that the voting deadline had passed. Sure we don't check the mail on a daily basis and this package from Warner Brothers/Discovery may have been sitting there for some time, but why wasn't I called or sent a telegram to be prompted? Someone dropped the ball.
Now, had my vote been entered, that deal may have taken place. They were THAT close to getting a deal done.
