    Great old picture. Ya know, KUGR didn’t broadcast, it was or actually is available on cable.. That is so the station can sell and run advertising. Traditionally, campus stations do not have advertising and run on school funding and donations, but the idea is go give career training for sales crews and for commercial production. The KUGR for WSU mascot is old school for sure.
