Eric Thomas closed the news this hour with a line that assumed the viewer trusted KIRO. Simply because they were watching should not imply the viewer trusts KIRO7 any more than they trust TikTok. These days, viewers are watching with skepticism and can fact check any story in question. Just Google it.
Maybe KIRO7 believes in the power of suggestion, “You trust us, thank you.” No, I am just sitting through this newscast to see Frankie Katafias give the weather forecast. Because, I like candy.
