KCPQ TV 13 (FOX) has re-assigned/promoted Travis Mayfield to anchor the early morning news 4:30 to 5 (a.m.) Monday-Friday, at the [Tribune], Nexstar, soon to be FOX-owned station.
KCPQ station news director sent a memo stating, “Travis is an innovative and engaging anchor whose commitment and involvement in the early morning newscasts have helped set the morning news off in the right direction. I am looking forward to Travis’ input and direction of that show more consistently. His role and contribution for the rest of the AM show will continue…”
