KING-5 meteorologist Ben Dery departs

Meteorologist Ben Dery anchored his final weather forecast last night on KING-5 News after 5 years with the Tegna outlet. Ben is headed back to his home in Minneapolis & takes on weather forecasting there for KARE-TV.

    I sincerely miss Ben Dery, his style of weather reporting and his “Ben There Done That” series. Ben provided a very relatable and real style. Best to you in Minneapolis Ben!

    Sorry to see that Ben is no longer with KING5. Whoever finds him will have found gold. Thanks for bringing the weather and wonderful hikes to us. We are missing you!!!

    Has the KING culture changed as much from the Dorothy Bullit era as much as
    KOMO’s current Sinclair Broadcasting culture may differ from the longtime Fisher era?
