TEGNA Sends Sinclair ND to Greener Pastures

KOMO News Director Bill Dallman has been named President and GM of KARE-TV Minneapolis effective June 1. KOMO is owned by Sinclair. KARE is a TEGNA station. Smart move for Tegna, which owns KING 5, to snag the competition and move him out of town. This is reminiscent of the moves KJR made against competitors like KOL and KTAC.
