We have been informed of the death of Kirk Wilde. He was Kirk Wilde on the air and hugely popular at Bellingham’s KPUG. At 1590 KSND Seattle, he was Kirk Allison.

Before he passed Kirk sent me several hours of his airchecks from KPUG, KOL, KSND, KING and KDKO in Denver. I had been asking for some audio for 10 years. I am in the process of scoping some highlights from those airchecks. That will become the first and only audio of Kirk online. I will miss hearing from him.
