Our Blue state of Washington legislators, (not because of blue skies, but Blue for Democrat control), puts through what will basically be a tax on big business/millionaire investors. This will essentially drive business to leave the state of Washington. Here, Jake and Spike relate the tax to the earnings of Mariner catcher, Cal Raleigh. Raleigh would start paying an additional $2.2 million of his base salary yearly in taxes.
