Call Letter changes for Rogers Broadcasting stations (Radio Max) CKMA AM 850 Abbotsford to CFSR, CKGO AM 1240 Hope to CKIS, and CHWK AM 1270 Chilliwack to CKSR.
Construction will begin soon for the new transmitter facilities for KWDK, Channel 56 on West Tiger Mountain, under the FM array on the east tower. KDWK was recently purchased by Daystar of Dallas. Their antenna will be mounted on the east tower under the FM array. KWPX 33, KCHV 45 and KWOG 51 are currently operating from Tiger.
KBLE AM 1050 has been sold for $2.85 million to HHH Broadcasting, who have also purchased KARS, AM 860 in Belen, NM.
KCMS FM 105.3 Edmonds has moved their transmitter to Cougar Mountain. Power has been lowered to compensate for the increased height. They were the last FM station in this area with a grandfathered power output – 115,000 watts. The current allowable maximum is 100,000.
CHTT-FM 103.1 Victoria has changed to a new Hot 103 format along with their call letter change from CJVI, AM 900.
CKMO Victoria is now broadcasting on AM 900 which is a frequency swap from FM 103.1.
