KOZI radio in Chelan is celebrating 65 years on the air. KOZI was owned by Icicle Broadcasting. New owners are Chelan Valley Media Group LLC. The station operates on several frequencies: Chelan, Manson: 93.5 FM • 100.9 FM • 1230AM | Manson, Brewster, Pateros, Methow: 103.1 FM with local news, sports and FOX news each hour. KOZI also features talk shows with Dave Ramsey, Tom Sullivan, Lars Larson and others.

Having owned vacation property and spending a lot of time in the Chelan area I have spent many hours listening to KOZI. I am hoping the new owners don’t turn it into “canned radio”.
