Brian Bledsoe (KKTV Colorado Springs) bows out

Gonna keep this short… I am retiring from television effective August 2nd. It’s been a good 28 year run…FAR longer than I ever imagined. For those of you that I have served on the tv, just know that I have always done my VERY BEST for you and your family. I greatly appreciate you letting me be a part of your evenings. Cheers!

Dear Brian, what a shock to learn that you are no longer the Meteorologist on KKTV! You were always reliable in providing accurate weather forecasts in this ever changing Colorado climate. However, please enjoy your well-deserved retirement after twenty-eight years. Take care and spend this expanded time with your family.

I knew something had happened because I didn’t see your face and I finally today just looked and saw that you retired and early August. I could always depend on your forecast, being accurate, professional, and entertaining. Know that you will be missed, but you leave good meteorologists behind To carry on your fabulous work.

    Hey Brian,

Congratulations on your retirement. I know you’re a weather aficionado, like I am, twenty-eight years doing weather, especially here in Colorado can be awfully tricky. At least you no longer have to answer the question, “Brian, where did all this snow come from when the forecast was for sunny and bright?” Take care of yourself and the family.

From my family to yours, all our best.

I am also sure, that I am not the only person that is going to miss you!!!!! Please take good care of yourself and family! Enjoy your life, you deserve it!!!!!
    Sincerely,
