Lisa Blegen (KIRO7), Aaron Pero (KRON4) – News Directors Come & Go

Lisa Blegen, Assistant ND and Managing Editor at KIRO 7, has accepted the News Director position at WJAX TV/WFOX TV, Jacksonville, Fl. Blegen has been at KIRO since 2015.

Rich Lieberman at 415 Media reports that Aaron Pero, News Director @ KRON-TV 4 San Francisco, has been fired. Pero lives with longtime KRON news anchor Darya Folsom. What kind of drama could that have caused? Folsom remains at KRON. Darya was formerly with the FOX affiliate in Washington, DC and earlier worked at KNXV 15/Phoenix.
