Well, I have some news… This week will be my last on the air at @knkxfm. I’ve accepted a new job, as news director for @IPRNewsRadio in northern Michigan. I’m REALLY excited about this!
Now, it’s time for a new challenge. At Interlochen Public Radio, I will get to work with a talented and energetic staff of outstanding journalists. I’ll get to help them along, learn from them, and continue making radio, which I love.
It also brings me home. I grew up in Michigan. And when my dad died earlier this year, it became clear – immediately, suddenly, crystal clear – that it was time to be closer to the rest of my family. I’m excited to see them. I’m excited to get to work at Interlochen.
