Medford TV Station Dumps All Newscasts

KTVL 10/Medford, Or. will be laying off the entire news staff in May when the station restructures. Nationally syndicated programming will replace all newscasts. sources tell NBC5 News it will be laying off its news department. Changes will take place in the middle of May. KTVL was founded in 1961 and produced a number of award winning journalists like Ann Curry.
