KPTV AMS Certified Meteorologist for Good Day Oregon, Jeff Forgeron, hits the exit door. Interesting to note that he says he will transition to a job with a “bright future.” As opposed to tv weather forecasting? Today, Friday Sept. 20 was his final day at FOX 12.

My husband and I were wondering where our favorite weather meteorologist went? We had to do some searching but eventually found this notice of your departure from Channel 12. You really are the best at what you do, and we have enjoyed your comprehensive reporting – always giving clear explanations and expanding our “weather education.” We trusted and enjoyed your delivery. Wish we could see you again, but we also wish you and your family happiness and a fulfilling future.
