Comcast will spin off its cable channels into separate company

MSNBC, CNBC, USA, Oxygen, E!, Syfy and Golf Channel will also move into the new company, a division of Comcast with its own management structure.
Comcast retains NBC, Peacock, and Bravo!
Details will be announced as early as tomorrow…
