As with Phoenix tv reporters, Tim Conway Jr./KFI Los Angeles made a big deal of the rainfall over the weekend there. The same thing happens in Phoenix, where I once saw a tv reporter making a big deal over the fact that her shoes were wet. Can we get a shot of that? And the pavement — WET!
