Hill-Rodriguez worked her way up from Managing Editor to News Director of KCPQ/Seattle & KRCW/Portland, throughout the period from 2010 to 2019. She left for the VP/ND gig at KTTV-KCOP/Los Angeles in 2019 and then became co-founder/President of consulting firm, MX Media Creative in August 2022.
