Update: Tom Sherry reports that he will rest up and then go back to work Dec 6.

Tom Sherry, Chief Meteorologist at KREM 2 News in Spokane, will be off the air the next few weeks to deal with an unknown medical condition.

    My good friend Tom Sherry is an outstanding meteorologist and has kept us pretty much in the know with very bad weather year-round that happens here in Eastern Washington.
    So if my friend needs time to recuperate from a medical issue it is okay with me take all the time you need my friend I will be watching and waiting for you to return to krem 2 . May God bless you with good health and peace .
