KNKX Names New Special Projects Producer/Reporter

Mayowa Aina, Alaska Public Media’s education reporter and the producer for Alaska Public Media’s statewide news magazine, Alaska News Nightly, is the new Special Projects Producer/Reporter at 88.5 KNKX. Born and raised in Tacoma, Aina graduated from the University of Washington with a dual bachelor’s degree in International Studies and Informatics. Mayowa (rhymes with IOWA) once worked as a Producer at KUOW FM.
