Hubbard Radio Rebrands as “Hubbard – Media That Connects”

Hubbard Radio announced today it is officially rebranding its business to “Hubbard – Media That Connects.” The change was revealed during a companywide town hall by CEO Ginny Hubbard.

Hubbard emphasized that the repositioning reflects the company’s gradual evolution while staying true to its 100+ year mission of connecting communities and helping local businesses grow. The new brand name underscores a platform-agnostic approach: the company is “listener and customer first,” delivering content across radio, streaming, podcasts, digital platforms, and on-demand formats.

While radio remains a core part of Hubbard’s identity and business, the rebrand better represents how modern audiences and advertisers engage with media today. The company will continue connecting talented content with communities and pairing those audiences with effective marketing solutions, including digital advertising strategies.

Hubbard brands in Seattle: 98.9 The Bull/Country, Movin’ 92.5/Hip-Hop, WARM 106.9/Adult Contemporary, AM 880 KIXI/Oldies-OTR, 1150 KKNW/Alternative Talk.
