The KSTW identity is only the legal call letters shown at the top of each hour. Tacoma’s tv station is operated out of KPIX San Francisco. The 10:00 news is produced at KPIX. The Twitter handle is KPIXSeattle. Enjoy the local news you are getting on 4, 5, 7 and 13. Their corporate heads might decide to use news hubs in the future, as is being done with KSTW, or KPIX Seattle, if you will.

    If they’re looking to drive costs down, I’m surprised they don’t hub these stations out of India.
